How I operate
THE OPERATING MANUAL, ABRIDGEDOPERATING PHILOSOPHY
I build companies the way good producers build sets: hire people better than you, give them real ownership, and get out of the frame. Paramount taught me how the machine works. Rooster Teeth taught me how to build a new one. YMH proved the thesis: the strongest model in entertainment is the one where the talent owns the company. The result is teams that stay built long after the wrap party.
